Refund & Returns Policy

At CoolRoomz, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy explains our returns, refunds, and exchanges.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return

To begin, email us at support@coolroomz.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to request a return for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final-sale items, and items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts not due to our error.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. After this window, the order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.
