Processing time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Tracking A tracking number is added to your order once it ships. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a few days for tracking to become active after your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Customs & import duties For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Lost or stuck packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your estimated window has passed, email us at support@coolroomz.com and we'll investigate. We stand behind every order.
